Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Within the UAE We deliver across all emirates including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain. Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping We ship to selected international destinations. Delivery times vary by country, typically 7–14 business days. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in their country.

Shipping Fees Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

Delays While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control. FurGrip is not liable for shipping delays once the order has been handed to the courier.

Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at altay121@icloud.com and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
